This Pink Bourbon is approachable without becoming generic. Peach syrup and orange blossom lead the cup, while the roast adds enough caramelized sweetness to make it forgiving across recipes.
We preferred it at a slightly coarser grind than the Ethiopian lots in this lineup. Pushed too fine, it becomes perfumed and tight; opened up, it lands clean and generous.
