Banko Gotiti has built a quiet reputation as one of Yirgacheffe's most reliable washing stations, and this lot does little to disturb that consensus. Sey's roast is thoughtful and restrained.

On the V60, the cup arrives with a clean jasmine top note, ripe white peach, and crystalline citrus acidity. The mid-palate sweetens into honey and lemon zest, and the finish lingers with a black-tea structure.
