Why we return

Good coffee leaves evidence. We return to see whether it holds.

In a Renaissance bottega, the finished work carried the reputation of the workshop. We judge cafés by the same principle: taste what is served, return unannounced, and see whether the standard holds.

01
Preparation
Technique should clarify, never obscure.
02
Coffee
You can taste where it is from and how it was roasted.
03
Consistency
One good cup is a moment. Return visits reveal the standard.
