El Paraiso Double Anaerobic is the most polarizing coffee in the library. It is tropical, fermented, and deeply sweet, with a finish that some tasters loved and others found a little heavy.
The best version came from Aeropress, where immersion rounded the edges and kept the fruit compact. As a pour over it can become sprawling, especially as it cools.
