Kieni Peaberry is more red-fruited than blackcurrant-driven, with cherry and apple acidity making up most of the profile. It is bright, but not sharp.
Drop's roast gives the cup room to breathe. The best brews had a sparkling finish and a tidy sweetness that made the acidity feel intentional.
