Las Mercedes is quiet rather than showy, leaning on perfume and texture instead of raw intensity. The aromatics are the highlight, moving from orange blossom into lychee and white tea.
The brew rewards a patient pour and a slightly cooler temperature than expected. It is not the loudest Geisha on the table, but it is composed, transparent, and very easy to trust.
